How long will it take to finish my website?
Depending on your project is, it generally takes between three to eight weeks to complete a website from the very start of the project to the finish.
Are there any hidden costs? What all will I be charged for?
There are zero hidden costs; you will be quoted for the entire project before we begin working on your website.
The major expenses that go along with being a website owner can be broken down into four areas:
Domain Registration - You’ll have to pay for the registration of your domain name, which is the address that people will use to access your website (for example, www.mydomain.com.au).
You can either purchase the domain name yourself, or We will gladly purchase it on your behalf (at no extra cost!) and then just add the purchase to your final invoice.
Design and Development - This is the one time Design and Development fee that we charge to create a custom website that fits your needs.
Hosting - Once your website has been created, you will need hosting for it. Hosting allows individuals and organizations to make their website accessible via the World Wide Web. Discover More
Maintenance - If your website isn’t built on a content management system (CMS) and you need an update to your content, you’ll likely need to hire a web developer to make any necessary changes.
We Can Design offers a competitive hourly rate for simple updates, but for larger modifications we can put together a quote for the work so there won’t be any surprises!
In general, most clients with a static website find the need to make changes maybe only once or twice a year.
